Yateley Papers offer a range of hand block-printing workshops, whether it be a day of creative fulfilment, a hen party or corporate team event.  Under the expert tuition of Trudi Savin you will be guided every step of the way to produce your masterpiece!

Trudi Savin will guide you through the fascinating process of hand block printing. Classes start with an informal introduction, quick demonstration and Q&A session with tea & coffee.

Once you have chosen your blocks and colours the morning is taken-up by planning your design and perfecting your printing technique. A short lunch break and the opportunity for a stroll around the stunning grounds. You will then print your masterpiece,  a fine cotton table runner, wall-hanging, silk scarf, sarong or print & make-up a beautiful lampshade....the choice is yours.

Nestling under Surrey’s Hills, The Old Rectory Estate offers a unique location for our workshops. The classes are relaxed and informal starting with a brief run-through, Tea/Coffee before setting-off to forage in the stunning grounds.

Workshops include materials, tutoring and hands on guidance from our guest florist along with all refreshments including a hearty mug of homemade soup!

Please don't forget to bring your wellie boots, secateurs and gardening gloves with you for foraging, working with wire and anything mucky!
